I had two intestinal surgeries in Febuary and March. I was in the hospital 3 weeks and was on a ton of different medications. I basically did not eat for 5 weeks, only iv drips. I have not even started to show any signs of hair loss,(19 years old) but I am still worried that it might one day be a problem. I am also aware that a good diet and sleep, as well as careful hair care can slow down the effects of hair loss.

I would say no to all of these. If you are losing your hair, than you may not have a choice (I am bald:) As far as consuming supps, make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives. Hope this helps
